Matters of the Heart
Learn. Share. Help our community. Join our founder Kimberly Simon alongside Dr. Keith C. Ferdinand (Tulane University School of Medicine) and Dr. Calvin Williams for a community seminar on cardiac amyloidosis — a lesser-known heart disease impacting African American families. Hear patient and caregiver testimonials, learn how to advocate for better heart outcomes, and take part in community discussion. Presented by Healthy Heart Community Prevention Project. Refreshments served. By invitation only.
